A return to the sound natural disposition (fitrah) is one of the greatest foundations of da'wah and education; reviving the fitrah in people has become necessary for embarking well on any scholarly and educational method. The accumulation of shortcomings in different areas of life may hinder this method and make it falter in finding fitting solutions.
A methodical vision is an intellectual necessity that Muslims drew from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, yet lost through heedlessness and neglect. Returning to sound methodical foundations in every activity of life — economic, social, intellectual and cultural — is therefore needed to restore the fitrah and achieve effectiveness and leadership, especially as we rest on pure Islamic belief and work in its light: on the path of planned work, protected from the forces of disintegration, and able to excel in knowledge and civilisation once our energies are gathered towards one goal.
