The seller
The store is operated by Taybe Yayıncılık Ltd. Şti., Mavera 1, Başakşehir, İstanbul, Türkiye.
Accounts and orders
- You can buy as a guest or with an account; you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping your password confidential.
- An order is accepted once its confirmation reaches your email.
- We may cancel an order if a book is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, with a full refund of any amount paid.
- The minimum order is $5.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes. They are charged in Turkish lira at the exchange rate in force when the order is placed; you see the lira amount before paying. Shipping is shown separately before you place the order.
Payment
- Card: through a secure payment provider; we do not store card details.
- Bank transfer: the order is held for 72 hours until the transfer and its receipt arrive, then cancelled automatically if not received.
- Cash on delivery: for personal orders up to $150, with a $1.50 fee.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy, returns and exchanges by our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Intellectual property
All content of the store — texts, images, designs and logos — belongs to or is licensed to Dar Taiba and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Liability
We do our utmost to show accurate information about books, prices and availability; cover colours may differ slightly from images depending on your screen. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control or by carriers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Courts, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page when you place your order applies.
