How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within one business day of payment. Delivery takes 1–2 business days within Istanbul (same-day delivery is available for orders before 12:00 noon) and 2–4 business days to the rest of Türkiye, or 1–2 days with express shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free within Türkiye on orders of $50 or more, or of 3 books or more. It is applied automatically in your bag.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is handed to the carrier you receive an email with the tracking number. You can also enter your order number and email on the “Track your order” page at any time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card through a secure payment gateway, bank transfer within 72 hours of ordering, and cash on delivery for personal orders up to $150 with a $1.50 fee.
Why are prices in dollars, and which currency do I pay in?
We show prices in US dollars so they stay clear and stable; you pay in Turkish lira at the exchange rate in force when you order. You see the lira amount before paying.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, you can check out as a guest; confirmation and tracking emails are sent to your email address.
Can I return or exchange a book?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if the book is in its original condition. If a book arrives defective or is not what you ordered, we cover the full cost of the return and replacement. See “Returns & Exchanges” for details.
My book arrived damaged — what should I do?
Take a photo of the book and the parcel and contact us within 14 days; we will send you a perfect copy at no cost. It is best to check the parcel in front of the courier.
Do you ship outside Türkiye?
We currently ship within Türkiye only. For orders from abroad, contact us and we will arrange the best way to ship.
Can I pick up my order from your office?
Yes — choose “Pick up from our office” at checkout. It is free and ready the same day once you receive our confirmation. Address: Mavera 1, Başakşehir, İstanbul.
How do I open a wholesale account for my bookshop or institution?
Write to us from the “Contact us” page with the topic “Wholesale purchase”, including your business details and tax number; we reply within two business days. The wholesale minimum order is $150, with free shipping from $500.
Do you publish works by authors and editors?
Yes, we welcome edited manuscripts and scholarly studies. Send a summary of the work from the “Contact us” page with the topic “Publishing a manuscript”; we reply after an initial review within 30 days.
