Legal basis and method of collection
Data is collected electronically through the store, email and contact forms, on the grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the Law — the need to form and perform a contract, legal obligation and the controller's legitimate interest — and on your explicit consent for marketing.
Transfers
Data may be transferred to carriers, payment institutions and banks, technical and hosting providers, financial and legal advisers, and authorised public bodies, within the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
